1. How often will I receive a Bill ?

Fully itemised Bills will be issued to you at the beginning of each month. Payment in full is due on the 15th day of the month.

2. How will I receive my Bill ?

You can choose to receive your bill in the mail or have an email sent to your preferred email account. If you choose to receive your bill in the post you will be charged a paper bill surcharge to cover the cost of printing and postage.

3. How can I pay my Bill ?

Online

Go to the My Account section on this website and log in using your account number and password. Then, from the Payments option you can enter your credit card details for immediate online payment.

If you don't know your account number and password, please contact customer service on 1300 768 146.

Direct Debit

Call 1300 768 146 and register for Direct Debit from your nominated bank account or credit card. Payments will be debited on the due date automatically.

BPay

Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society, either by internet or telephone, to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. When prompted enter the Biller Code and your Customer Reference (on your Bill).

Credit Card

Call our Telepay service on 1300 768 216 (24hrs) to pay your bill using MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners. We will provide you with a receipt number for your records. Please note Mastercard and Visa payments attract a 1.6% surcharge, and American Express and Diners 3.5%.

Paying in Person

Please present this payment slip at a Post Office where cash, cheque or credit card will be accepted using the barcode.

Mail

Detach the payment slip from the bottom of the Bill and return it together with your cheque made out to Telecommunications Payment Services. They are our outsourced transaction payment processing bureau.

4. How do get my Bill emailed to me instead of a paper copy ?

You should contact Customer Service on 1300 768 146 who can arrange to have your monthly invoice emailed as a PDF file. This can then be read online and printed if required.
